At ZOLIVANA™, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Window

  • For EU customers: In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.

  • For US and other international customers: We also offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

During this period, products may be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products with broken seals

These items are non-refundable once opened.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@zolivana.nl, providing your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once we receive the returned product in its original condition.

  • Processing time: within 14 business days.

  • Refunds are sent back using the same payment method used for purchase.

5. Defective or Wrong Item

If you received a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will cover return shipping and send a replacement free of charge OR provide a full refund.
